Explore Disney’s new Bora Bora Bungalows at WDW
The first time I saw the new Bora Bora bungalows at the Polynesian Village Resort at Walt Disney World, I could not believe my eyes. I really felt I was in the French Polynesia! I haven’t seen anything like it in the US or the Caribbean. These over the water bungalows overlook the Seven Seas Lagoon and have a fantastic view of Magic Kingdom.
I made this video to give you a feeling of what to expect from the Bora Bora Bungalows at the Polynesian Village Resort:
Each bungalow sleeps 8; it has a bedroom suite with king bed, second bedroom with queen bed and a pull down bed, a sofa bed and another pull down bed hidden in the wall. There are 3 big screen TVs, washer and dryer, a dining room for 8 people and a modern kitchen. In addition, it comes with a plunge pool! You can take a dip without leaving your bungalow, and even watch the fireworks at night without stressing about the crowds.
These exotic bungalows are part of the Polynesian Village Resort’s latest renovation, which included a new pool with a dedicated play area for children, more dining options (Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto is so much fun!), the 20 Bora Bora over the water bungalows and new studios equipped with a kitchenette for Disney Vacation Club members or those seeking the amenities of the resort but still being able to cook in their room. In total there will be 360 new deluxe studios. Dole Whip fans will be delighted to learn they can enjoy their favorite treat at the new Pineapple Lanai without having to leave the resort.
