Healthy brownie batter overnight oats recipe

The recipe below is for one serving, but you can easily double, triple or quadruple the ingredients if you want to make more for other family members. By storing these overnight oats in a sealed jar, you can also take your breakfast with you to the office, gym, or wherever you need to be first thing in the morning.

Brownie batter overnight oats recipe
- 1 (pint size) jar with lid
- ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- ⅛ teaspoon mineral salt
- 1 to 2 teaspoons monk fruit sweetener (or sweetener of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mix all ingredients together in jar and seal tightly.
- Place in the refrigerator overnight.
- Eat cold or remove the lid and microwave for about 1 minute to eat warm.
