White Chocolate Popcorn Balls recipe
Yield: 10 popcorn balls
Ingredients:
- 10 cups freshly popped popcorn
- 1 (12 ounce) bag white chocolate chips
- ½ cup (1 stick) butter
- 4 cups miniature marshmallows
- Blue sugar, Frozen or snowflake sprinkles
Instructions
- Place popped popcorn in a large bowl. Add the chocolate chips.
- Spray a medium saucepan and spatula with nonstick cooking spray, if desired. In the saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Stir in the marshmallows, stirring constantly until the marshmallows are completely melted.
- Pour the melted marshmallows over the popcorn. Stir well to combine.
- With wet hands or gloves sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, divide the mixture into 9 to 10 portions and shape into balls. Place on waxed paper.
- Sprinkle the popcorn balls with the blue sugar or sprinkles, pressing into the sides.
- Allow to cool completely before serving or packaging.
