How To Make The Most Delicious Homemade Churros
Making homemade churros is worth the effort, especially when you’re craving them.
What are churros? This fried dough is a staple in Spain and Latin America. Spaniards usually dunk them in a thick hot chocolate, especially on rainy days. Growing up in Chile, going to get churros was a special treat, and my grandfather sometimes even let us get them from street vendors.

Personally, I love sprinkling powdered sugar after they are fried, but my husband prefers his churros rolled in cinnamon sugar.
