You can also make this fudge for your Easter celebrations. It looks so festive and once your guests bite into it, you will only see smiles. This Mini Eggs Easter Fudge can also be wrapped in cellophane bags as a special treat or hostess gift.

Cadbury Mini Eggs Easter Fudge

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • Prepare an 8×8 or 9×9 inch casserole dish with parchment paper spritzed with nonstick cooking spray. Place half of the mini eggs into the bottom of the casserole dish.
  • Place chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter into a microwave safe bowl.
  • Heat, uncovered, in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir vigorously, allowing the residual heat to help melt the chocolate. If needed, return the chocolate to the microwave and stir every 15 seconds until the chocolate has melted. Do not overheat the chocolate.
  • Pour the fudge over the mini eggs, pressing it down into an even layer between the eggs. Press remaining eggs into the top of the fudge.
  • Refrigerate overnight.

  • 1 (10 ounce) bag Cadbury mini eggs
