How do you make the lemon sauce?

To make the lemon pepper glaze you combine melted butter, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, and garlic powder in a resealable bag. You can use fresh minced garlic if you want a stronger flavor, but it can overpower the lemon and pepper notes.

Can I make these chicken wings without salt?

If you are watching your sodium intake, you can skip the salt and these lemon pepper chicken wings will still be delicious. Check if the lemon pepper seasoning you have is sodium free; some are full of salt! If you need to skip altogether, add fresh lemon juice and freshly grated black pepper for extra flavor.

Will the sauce work with chicken breasts?

The homemade lemon pepper sauce goes well with skinless chicken breasts, too. For best results, grill them or sauté with a little avocado oil after seasoning them. When fully cooked, add the sauce
