My brother and I used to fight over the marshmallows but now you can get them on their own. When you mix them with melted chocolate, they are magically delicious for sure.
This Lucky Charms dip is such a great treat. It goes well with graham crackers, butter cookies or fresh fruit like bananas and strawberries. You can even eat it by the spoonful! Whether you make it for St. Patrick’s Day or a birthday party, it’s a crowd pleaser.
Lucky Charms S’mores Dip
Ingredients:
- Lucky Charms marshmallows, about 1 bag
- 3 to 4 cups milk chocolate morsels
- Graham crackers, butter cookies or fresh fruit
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Pour milk chocolate morsels into a round pie plate. Spread into an even layer.
- Top milk chocolate with Lucky Charms marshmallows.
- Place in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until the chocolate has melted and the Lucky Charms marshmallows are puffy. Be aware that the milk chocolate morsels may retain their shape but will be glossy when melted.
- Serve with graham crackers or butter cookies.
