What cheese should I use to make cheese chips?
In this case we used shredded cheddar cheese, but you may substitute for shredded mozzarella or any other cheese you prefer. Just make sure you keep an eye on them when they are baking, since each oven is different. You want crunchy chips, not burnt cheese!

Garlic Cheese Chips Recipe

Cook Time: 5-7 minutes
Ingredients:
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Garlic powder
- Parchment paper
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F or 177 C.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add small spoonfuls of cheese to the parchment lined baking sheet, making a round shape, about 1 – 1 ½ inch in diameter.
- Sprinkle a small amount of garlic powder on each pile of cheese.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is lightly golden.
- Remove from oven, and place baking sheet on a cooling rack, until completely cool.
- Remove cheese chips, and store in airtight bag or jar for up to one week at room temperature.
