Crustless Ham and Gruyère Cheese Quiche
If you’re looking for a delicious gluten-free dinner recipe, you’ll love this easy ham and Gruyère cheese quiche, which is crustless.
It’s a great low-carb variation on the traditional quiche Lorraine, which is a French favorite. Also, this version incorporates broccoli instead of spinach, but it can be prepared with your favorite vegetables.
Since it has Gruyère cheese, we plated it with a bunch of grapes, which usually goes very well with any dish that contains cheese. However, you can accompany this quiche with a green salad to keep it low carb.
This recipe does not have wheat flour, so it is also a good option for those who need or prefer a gluten-free diet. If you are following a keto, paleo, or diabetic diet, this crustless ham and cheese quiche is also compliant.
