Homemade strawberry mango popsicles recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup mango nectar
  • 10-12 fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients, except for a few chopped strawberries, into a food processor or high-speed blender.
  2. Pulse the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency. If you prefer having small fruit chunks in your popsicles, set aside a handful of chopped or sliced strawberries and frozen mango chunks. Once the strawberry mango puree is smooth, fold in the reserved fruit. Strawberry slices look beautiful once frozen.
  3. Pour the popsicle mixture into popsicle molds. If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use small paper cups or ice cube trays.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold, making sure they are positioned securely.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for 6-8 hours, or until the popsicles are completely solid.
  6. Once the popsicles are frozen, it’s time to release them from the molds. If you’re using popsicle molds with individual cavities, gently pull on the mold to wiggle the popsicles out. To make it easier, place a finger on the bottom of the mold and push the popsicle out. If you’re using paper cups or ice cube trays, run them under warm water until you can pull on the popsicle sticks and the popsicles release easily.
  7. Serve and enjoy your refreshing homemade strawberry mango popsicles! You can store any remaining popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.

  2. Pour popsicle mixture into popsicle mold.
  3. Freeze 6-8 hours
  4. To release the popsicles from the mold, pull on the mold to wiggle them out. Place a finger on the bottom and push the pop out. Or run the mold under warm water until you can pull on the popsicle sticks and the popsicles release.
