These delicious sheet pan eggs are also super nutritious!These sheet pan eggs are like square omelettes with different fillings. You can choose chopped tomatoes for one section, spinach for another, and other veggies or shredded cheese until you create 6-8 sections. This is so much easier than making individual omelettes in a pan!

Sheet Pan Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 8-10 eggs
  • 3-4 tablespoons milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Various add-ins such as mushrooms, bacon, sausage, cheese, spinach, tomatoes or your favorite veggies

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 177 C.
  • Prepare a sheet pan with nonstick spray
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, salt & pepper
  • Pour into prepared sheet pan
  • Add fillings; one topping or filling per section as if you were creating 6 or 8 rectangles.
  • Bake 18-20 minutes until the center is firm
