4 Ingredient Cadbury Mini Eggs Fudge

If you have leftover Easter candy, this easy fudge recipe is perfect to use all those Cadbury Mini Eggs or feel free to buy them for this recipe. Homemade fudge is always an irresistible treat and by adding mini chocolate eggs, you only add to the deliciousness.
The best part? You only need four ingredients to make this homemade fudge. If you don’t have Cadbury eggs, you can easily substitute for other mini chocolates. You can even try making fudge with M&M’s! My kids really don’t care as long as there is some kind of candy to made fudge even more decadent.
You can also make this fudge for your Easter celebrations. It looks so festive and once your guests bite into it, you will only see smiles. This Mini Eggs Easter Fudge can also be wrapped in cellophane bags as a special treat or hostess gift.
Cadbury Mini Eggs Easter Fudge
Ingredients:
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup salted butter
- 1 (10 ounce) bag Cadbury milk chocolate mini eggs
Instructions:
- Prepare an 8×8 or 9×9 inch casserole dish with parchment paper spritzed with nonstick cooking spray. Place half of the mini eggs into the bottom of the casserole dish.
- Place chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter into a microwave safe bowl.
- Heat, uncovered, in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir vigorously, allowing the residual heat to help melt the chocolate. If needed, return the chocolate to the microwave and stir every 15 seconds until the chocolate has melted. Do not overheat the chocolate.
- Pour the fudge over the mini eggs, pressing it down into an even layer between the eggs. Press remaining eggs into the top of the fudge.
- Refrigerate overnight.
For best results, bring to room temperature before cutting or use a knife heated with warm water and wiped dry to slice. Cut into squares.
