- 4 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 bunch of asparagus, ends trimmed off – or fresh vegetable of your choice

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F or 204 degrees C.
- In a small bowl mix together honey, mustard, and garlic until well combined – reserve a small amount for serving
- Prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray
- Toss veggies with about a tablespoon of sauce and place in dish
- Coat chicken with sauce and place on top of veggies
- Bake 30-40 minutes until chicken is done and golden brown
- Garnish with remaining sauce, serve and enjoy!
