Is salmon healthy?

Yes, salmon is a great protein that is rich with Omega 3 fatty acids, which are great for your heart health. Experts prefer wild salmon to farmed fish, but both are great choices. Omega 3 fatty acids are also great for those who want or need an anti-inflammatory diet.

How do I know if the salmon is well cooked?

Even though I am a huge fan of sushi and raw fish, I like my baked salmon medium well. A very simple trick, aside from sticking to the cooking time, is to grab a fork and see if the fish flakes easily. If it does, it is well done.
