This no bake cheesecake is so quick and easy to make, you’ll have no excuse not to indulge this holiday season. The reindeer decorations will make this dessert extra festive for Christmas.

Reindeer No Bake CheesecakeDecorating with chocolate covered pretzels is super easy. Just place two of them on each slice. Add two googly eyes and 1 brown or red M&M.  You can use the same technique on cupcakes!

Can I use non fat cream cheese?

No, only use full-fat cream and cream cheese for the proper consistency for this recipe.

Is it normal for the cheesecake to wobble?

No-bake cheesecakes still have a slight wobble, because they don’t have anything in them to set them like a baked cheesecake.

You can store this no-bake cheesecake in the fridge for a maximum of 4 days.

Yes! This no-bake cheesecake can be frozen for up to 3 months in an airtight container.

Can I make my own chocolate covered pretzels?

Yes, it is super easy to make your own chocolate covered pretzels. Melt your favorite baking chocolate (be careful not to burn it!) and pour over pretzels placed on a parchment lined baking sheet. Allow to cool and that’s it!

Reindeer No-Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick plus 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 blocks of 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 16 chocolate covered pretzels
  • 8 M&Ms
  • 16 candy eyes

Instructions 

  • Crush 4-5 graham crackers in a plastic bag. 
  • Measure out the desired amount and add to melted butter.
  • Mix until all crackers are coated with butter then press into the bottom of a 9-inch spring form pan.
  • Add cream cheese to a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth
  • Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and blend until smooth. 
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  • Fold into the cream cheese mix until all streaks disappear. 
  • Pour on top of the crust and smooth on the top
  • Cover with aluminum foil and set in fridge to chill for at least 6-8 hours 
  • Once the cheesecake is set, remove it from the pan. 
  • Slice into 8 equal slices. 
  • Add two chocolate-covered pretzels, 2 candy eyes, and 1 m&m per slice.
