The Best Oreo Cookie Pie

Oreo cookie pie

Ingredients
- 1 9inch pie shell, unbaked
- 1/2 C flour
- 1/2 C sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 C light brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 C unsalted sweet cream butter, softened
- 1 C white chocolate chips
- 1 C Oreo crumbs
- 12 Oreos, quartered
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Using a standing mixer, beat the eggs on medium to high speed until foamy
- Beat in the flour, Oreo crumbs, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla until combined
- Mix in the butter
- Fold in the white chocolate chips
- Pour the batter into the pie shell
- Push the quartered Oreos half way into the pie
- Bake the pie for 60 minutes
- If the top of the pie looks browned and crispy your ready to go
- Allow to cool on the counter for 1 hour before moving to the fridge to cool overnight
How to make Chocolate Ganache
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C chocolate chips
- 3/4 C heavy whipping cream
Directions
- Pour the chocolate chips into a heat-safe bowl
- Using a small pot, heat up the heavy whipping cream until slightly starts to boil
- Pour over the chocolate chips and allow to sit for 1 minute
- Whisk until smooth
- Pour onto the top of the pie and allow to harden
How to make Oreo Whipped Cream
Ingredients
- 1/2 C crushed Oreos
- 1 C heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 large piping bag with star tip
Directions
- Using a hand mixer, beat on medium speed in a large bowl the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and Oreo crumbs until stiff peaks form
- Scoop whipped cream in piping bag
- Pipe dollops around the edging of the pie
