The Best Honey Soy Sesame Chicken Thighs
These honey sesame chicken thighs are so easy and delicious you’ll want to make them every week! I know that sounds a little crazy, but trust me. They’re sweet and savory with the perfect tenderness from the sauce. Plus they only take about 30 minutes in total which is pretty much unheard of for an amazing dinner recipe!
We all know that chicken thighs are one of the most popular cuts for roasting and grilling. They’re juicy, tender, and can withstand a lot more heat than their delicate breast counterparts. But you don’t have to just roast or grill them! In this easy honey sesame chicken thighs recipe, give them a sweet Asian twist by marinating in soy sauce and cooking with honey before adding an unexpected crunch from the sesame seeds on top. You can also add fresh chopped parsley or green onions for added flavor and color.
The sweet yet savory sauce is made with honey, soy sauce, white vinegar, avocado oil, minced garlic and ginger. The sesame seeds add texture but if you’re allergic, you can skip and the chicken thighs will still be delicious.
I used low sodium soy sauce and if you are sensitive to gluten, you can use this one.
