When I saw different variations of this cheeseburger wrap on TikTok, I had to try to make my own version. After all, it seemed so easy to make. I wasn’t wrong: this beefy wrap is a crowdpleaser because it really tastes like a classic burger with a crunchy twist. My family didn’t mind at all the task of recipe tasters and gave their cheeseburger crunchwrap an unanimous thumbs ups!

Yes! I’ve tried both Beyond Meat and Impossible Burger ground beef with excellent results. I do have vegetarians in my family and you can easily swap out the ground beef for plant-based options.
Easy Cheeseburger Crunchwrap

Ingredients
8 large flour tortillas
4 tostada shells
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato, diced
1/2 cup pickles, chopped
Cooking spray
Ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping
Instructions
Place 4 of the flour tortillas on a cutting board. Put one tostada on top of the flour tortillas. Using a knife, carefully cut the tortillas to the same size of the tostada. Set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook until the onion is soft and translucent. Drain excess grease if needed.
Season the ground beef mixture with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin. Stir well to combine the flavors. Remove from heat and set aside.
Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
Assemble each wrap by placing a flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon a portion of the seasoned beef onto the center of each tortilla.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef, creating a layer of gooey goodness.
Gently place a tostada shell on top of the cheese-covered beef. This adds the satisfying crunch to each bite.
Add a handful of shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and chopped pickles over the tostada shell.
Put a cut tortilla over the wrap. Carefully fold the edges of the uncut tortilla over the cut tortilla and towards the center.
Lightly coat the preheated griddle or skillet with cooking spray. Place the wrapped Crunchy Cheeseburger Tostada on the griddle, seam side down, and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Repeat the process for the remaining wraps.

You can store any beef leftovers in an airtight container. For best results, I do recommend consuming the assembled burger wraps the same day so they don’t get soggy.
