Healthy Air Fryer Chicken and Potato Foil Packets
Using aluminum foil helps create delicious and easy meals in just minutes, like these chicken and potato foil packets. Since it has potatoes in the foil packets, it’s a complete meal. On busy weeknights, this chicken foil packet recipe will come in so handy. I know it’s helped one too many times when I am out of ideas and time.
This simple weeknight dinner can also be served with a garden salad.

Can I use a different seasoning for the chicken?
Of course! If your family is not into Cajun spices, simply swap out the seasoning for ranch seasoning mix.
Chicken and Potato Foil Packs Dinner
Prep time: 5-10 min
Cook time: 25-35 mins
Total time: 30 min
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4-6 small potatoes (I used gold)
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp all purpose seasoning (I used Morton’s Season All)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Tony’s Creole Seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
Mix all of the seasonings together in a bowl and set aside.
Chop up the potatoes into bite sized pieces so they cook faster.
Add potatoes to a bowl of water to prevent oxidation (changing colors) while prepping the other ingredients.
Next chop up your chicken into slightly larger bite sizes. Add chicken pieces to a separate bowl.
Drizzle olive oil on both chicken and potatoes.
Add half the seasoning to the potatoes and the other half to the chicken.
Mix well, coating all pieces.
Spray your foil with non-stick cooking spray before adding the potatoes and then the chicken.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F or 204 C.
Fold the foil like a tent to keep the hot air inside of the foil to cook the food.
Once ready, place foil packets in the air fryer and cook for 25-30 min.
Remove, be careful when you open packets, and enjoy!
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Easy Variations
