Is this gluten free applesauce cake kosher for passover?
Almond flour and most gluten free flours are kosher for Passover (which calls for eating unleavened bread and avoiding wheat, barley oats and rye), as is baking soda. Please note that certain baking powders cannot be used during Passover, so please check the container to see if it says “Kosher l’Pesach” to be sure. Also, this recipe has dairy so if you are keeping kosher, do not serve it with meat.
