Wash/rinse spinach; do not dry. Add wet spinach to a stock pot and turn on medium/low heat. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. F Spray small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl stir together softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, parmesan, mozzarella, and pepper (if you want to add some).

Take spinach out of  pot and squeeze out as much excess liquid as you can. Chop drained spinach. Drain and chop the artichoke hearts. Stir artichokes and spinach into the cheese mixture.

Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish. Bake for approx. 25-30 minutes. Serve warm with chips, crackers, pita bread or toasted baguette.
