– 16 oz heavy whipping cream – 14 oz sweetened condensed milk – 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder – 1/3 cup mini marshmallows – 1/4 cup chocolate chips or chunks of chopped chocolate – 1/4 cup almonds – optional: 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Step 1.

 Add the heavy cream to a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, and beat on high for 3 minutes. Add sweetened condensed milk, and beat on high for 1 minute.

Slowly mix in cocoa powder. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, and almonds, then fold in. Pour the ice cream mixture into a bread pan, and cover with saran or plastic wrap.
