SHEET PAN SALMON

This might be the most delicious salmon sheet pan recipe ever.  If you’re a fan of everything bagels, this will easily become your new favorite healthy and easy meal.

Let’s get started!

Preheat & Prep

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F or 218 C. Prepare a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or parchment paper.

Make the sauce

In a small bowl, stir together the mustard and honey.

Baste the salmon

Spread about half of the mixture over the salmon filets.

Prep the carrots

Toss the carrots in half of the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on  baking sheet and cook for 5 minutes.

Season the broccoli

Meanwhile, toss the broccoli in the remaining olive oil and season as desired with salt and black pepper.

Bake

Remove baking sheet from oven and add broccoli and salmon to  baking sheet. Sprinkle everything seasoning over salmon. Bake for 12 minutes

One final touch

Remove the sheet pan from the oven. Mix soy sauce with  remaining mustard mixture and drizzle over veggies. Toss to coat and serve.
