These gluten-free flourless chocolate peanut butter brownies are also incredibly satisfying. The chocolate flavor is rich and intense, the peanut butter adds even more flavor and the texture is dense and so fudgy. This recipe does not use ANY kind of flour! Since these brownies are flourless, they are also perfect for Passover or Pesach, the Jewish holiday commemorating the liberation from slavery in Egypt.
