LOADED BAKED POTATO DIP

– 2 cups sour cream📷 – 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese – 8 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled (or 2 tablespoons artificial bacon bits) – ¼ cup minced fresh chives – 2 teaspoons hot sauce – ½ teaspoon garlic powder, optional – Salt and black pepper, optional – Cooked waffle fries, for serving

Step 1.

In a bowl, stir together the sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, chives, hot sauce, and seasonings, if desired.

Step 2.

Mix well. Refrigerate until 10 minutes prior to serving. The dip is best if left at room temperature just prior to serving.

Step 3.

Serve the dip with waffle fries.
