– 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk – 1/2 cup of Meyer lemon juice (you can also use regular lemon juice) – 1 pre-made store-bought graham cracker pie crust – Optional: whipped cream, meringue or whipped topping

Step 1.

Pour condensed milk into a mixing bowl. lowly add Meyer lemon juice to condensed milk while stirring. I used a hand immersion blender with a whisk attachment on low and a medium bowl.

Step 2.

Pour mixture into pre-made graham cracker crust and refrigerate for a couple hours.

Step 3.

Top with whipped cream, whipped topping or meringue, if you want. Slice, serve and enjoy!
