EASTER EGG CHARCUTERIE BOARD

½ pound sliced cold cuts ½ pound sliced cheese ½ pound asparagus, blanched 1 cup grapes, washed 1 cup blueberries 1 cup raspberries 1 cup strawberries 1 cup cherry tomatoes 1 cup nuts 1 cup sliced cucumber 1/2 cup olives  1 cup dried apricots 1/4 cup whole grain mustard or honey

Ingredients 

At the bottom of the platter, stack the asparagus like a nest or basket.

Arrange the fruits, vegetables, and nuts on the oval-shaped platter in layers.

At the bottom, place the meat and cheese roses. Fill in any gaps with rosemary sprigs.

Spread the whipped topping on top. Serve with mustard and/or honey. Keep chilled until serving time.
