Crunchy Baked Chicken Tenders

These chicken strips are so easy to make, and taste better than ordering takeout from your favorite restaurant.

HOW TO KNOW WHEN CHICKEN TENDERS ARE COOKED

Grab a meat thermometer and stick into the largest part of the chicken. You need the internal temperature to read 165 degrees. If you find the chicken is under that, continue cooking until the chicken is fully baked.

Ingredients

– Flour  – Garlic powder – Paprika – Kosher salt & black pepper – Large eggs – Ttangy bbq chips, crushed – Boneless chicken breast

Crunchy Baked Chicken Tenders 

– Preheat the oven to 450°F – Lightly beat three eggs in a bowl and set aside. – Combine flour and seasonings in a bowl mix to incorporate.

– Crush barbecue chips  – Lightly sprinkle chicken tenders with salt and pepper

Coat

Coat the tenders in flour and then egg Now coat in barbecue chips and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet

Bake & Serve
