Foolproof Gluten-Free Teriyaki Salmon Recipe

  • 8 fresh salmon filets
  • 1 bottle San J Gluten-free teriyaki sauce (may be substituted for any other teriyaki sauce you like)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds (optional)
  • Minced scallions (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine the teriyaki sauce, ginger and honey.
  3. Set the raw salmon on an oven-safe baking dish and cover with the marinade.
  4. Sprinkle the sesame seeds if you wish (these are optional).
  5. Cover with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. If you like, garnish with the minced scallions.
  8. Serve over a bed of white rice or noodles.
