Step 1.

IIn a gallon size resealable freezer bag, combine the chicken and seasoning. Seal bag and shake until the chicken is well coated. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

Step 2.

 Prepare the skewers by alternating the vegetables, onion squares and chicken.

Step 3.

Prepare the grill to medium high heat. Carefully oil the grill grates. Place skewers on prepared grill and cook, covered for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping the skewers halfway through the cook time.

Step 4.

Serve alone or with flour tortillas and the toppings for fajitas, such as guacamole, sour cream and cheese.
