Garlic Parmesan Chicken

INGREDIENTS

olive oil chicken breast unsalted butter purple onion tricolor peppers garlic chicken broth

milk heavy cream bow tie pasta Salt Pepper parmesan cheese fresh parsley

1. In a large pan or skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.

2. Add in onions and peppers and continue to cook until chicken is fully cooked through and browned.

Stir in garlic, salt and pepper and cook for an additional minute. Add uncooked pasta, milk, cream and chicken broth.

5. Stir in parmesan cheese. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk as needed until desired consistency is reached.
